 Where the earth kisses the sky, in 1.880m (5,339ft.) above sea level, the mountain guesthouse Beverin offers everything you need to feel more than just comfortable, with direct view onto the Piz Beverin mountain with an altitude of 2.998m (8,514ft.), ideal location for associations, clubs, families and motorcycle tourists. From here each alpine pass in Central Switzerland in summer, or all important snow areas in winter can be reached easily.
The large sun deck offers a magnificent view over green meadow slopes from Piz Beverin down to the village Thusis in the Domleschg county. The mighty Piz Beverin gave its name to this hotel, which is located at the end of a mountain road, on top of the Glas pass.
With its root in Thusis, the mountain road climbs up the hill in docents of nice swinging curves over a distance of 15 kilometers (9.3mls.) up to an altitude of 1.880m (5,339ft.), high over the fog in the valley’s ground. Willi and Sabine, the two hosts, offer a comfortable home with the flair of older times of Alp tourism.

 Lovely arranged bedrooms with old wooden floors show the 400 years live time of that beautiful building. Both, Willi and Sabine are, as we say in Switzerland “Toeffahrer” which means motorcycle enthusiasts and therefore know very well what alpine motorbike travelers require for service and treatment. Starting with cosy single bedrooms up to the 5-beds bedroom named “Southjuche” where families and group can feel like Snow White in the magic mountain forest. All rooms are equipped with running warm and cold water and on every floor you will find separated toilets and douches.
Here they have created lovely rooms within a house with a history of nearly four centuries. Willi and Sabine, both motorcycle riders, know well the dreams of bikers riding in the glorious Alps. Fulfilling meals are served in a cozy dining room with a large tiled stove.
