Winter is showtime at Heinzenberg mountain. The rock and avalanche free Heinzenberg mountain area is the ultimate paradise for ski touring, sled fanatics, winter hikers and kids. Kids walk just out the door in a car free area directly into the deep snow, easy to handle. The skilift in Obermutten is just around the corner of our mountain guesthouse and the snow layer is up here in 1.848m just enormous. As our mountain guesthouse is located at the end of the road, all kids, independant of age, have a danger free zone to play free and safe in front of our guesthouse.
