Our weather control station is located directly at our mountain hostel. We don’t take over any responsibility on the weather data provided. Weather data is transmitted over the day in 50min intervals, as long as our computer is switched on. The accuracy of wind speed and the level of rain depend very much on temperature and ice built up at the unit. Threfore that kind of data needs always to be questioned during winter time. We try to keep our weather station ice free, especially in winter time, but sometimes that’s simply not possible based on the weather conditions up here.
